November 2025

This release streamlines scheduling, time capture, and payroll accuracy across your organization: Forever Schedules let you set repeating shifts by day, range, or pattern for any timeframe so core staff are booked with minimal clicks, while the new Timesheets feature gives remote and full-time staff a simple way to submit hours without scanning in/out for manager approval. Payroll Lock adds an extra layer of protection by locking records at key stages in the approval process, and AI Pay Review uses natural language insights to scan payroll data for errors or issues, reducing review cycles from days to hours regardless of company size.

  • Forever Schedules, whether it’s a day, a range, or a pattern.  Whether you want it for a week a month or forever.  We want you to be able to schedule your core staff with as few clicks as possible.
  • Our new Timesheets feature lets you collect time entries from staff that don’t need to scan in/out.  Remote workers or Full time staff that need a quick way to enter their time and be approved by their managers.
  • Payroll Lock adds another layer of internal locking of records along the approval process.
  • AI Pay Review is our new report and payroll tool to scan through your data and spot mistakes or areas of concern with general language.  We take payroll review from days to a day and now we bring it down to hours regardless of your organization size!

Our latest enhancements focus on tighter integration and less duplicate effort: all internal asset IDs are now visible across gear menus, making it easier to connect with APIs and workflow tools, and the new Sage REST API integration further streamlines connectivity with your financial and business systems to boost productivity.

This update improves internal organization and flexibility in staffing: the Departments feature enhances filtering for groups and jobs within your organization, Release from Reserve supports mixed crews working both dedicated sites and rotating jobs, and you can now accept dispatches for workers directly from the web even after initial dispatch requests have been sent.

  • Departments Feature has the same functionality as departments to allow better filtering internally for groups and jobs internally within your organization.
  • Release from reserve allows flexibility when mixing crews with dedicated work sites and those that are moving to different jobs every day or week.
  • Accepting dispatches in the web for workers after you have already sent a dispatch request is an option now.

This release adds more visibility and control to your scheduling and asset management: Auto Job numbering is now available, and the calendar dashboard includes enhanced week and day views with counters that highlight jobs needing attention. A new dispatch counter in the Labor Plan Task View shows declines and no-answers at a glance, while the Equipment Tracking feature lets you assign quantities, scan items in and out to staff or tasks, and print barcodes for labeling company assets. Additionally, custom notifications can alert you when staff scan in outside the defined geo-fence, improving oversight and compliance.

This update streamlines navigation, performance, and day-to-day workflow: the expanded Quicklist menu makes it easier to access key functions, large reports now queue and are emailed upon completion, and task notes support formatting and hyperlinks. You can disable pop-up warnings on a per-job, per-day basis, submit leave requests directly from the SISO app, and reorder extra fields to match your process. Time Tracking has been optimized for large data sets, reducing load times to nearly instant, and the Labor Plan now includes a Staff View, allowing you to focus on core team members and quickly fill their weekly schedules.

  • Large reports will now que and email you when they are finished generating.
  • Task notes now have format controls and can contain hyperlinks.

Our latest enhancements streamline time tracking and communication across your organization: STARS Kiosks provide a fully managed, customized in/out scanning solution, while OTlogic now includes an optional 40-hour warning status icon. You can define default and one-time custom SISO templates to show only the information your team needs, use customizable quick onboarding links, and configure notifications to remind staff of upcoming shifts. A new calendar view for SISO dispatches lets staff see their schedules in either list or calendar format, and enhanced availability tools allow you to schedule availability requests for a future send time, target specific groups tied to a job, and set custom time limits that override default group settings.

Our latest features give you more insight and control over your operation: Advanced Dashboards powered by AWS QuickSight let you visualize event costs, geo-based activity, revenue, and worker locations at a glance, while the Quicklist view shows long-range staff and event availability in one click. Onsite management is simpler with Leads able to move staff between tasks in the SISO app and Task Leads able to oversee multiple areas when coverage changes. Meanwhile, the new Codes feature lets Foremen and Labor Managers apply financial or internal codes to jobs, events, tasks, and individuals so accurate, structured data flows directly into reports and other systems without duplicate entry.

  • Advanced Dashboards allow you to present data how you need it. This new feature powered by AWS Quicksight allows you to quickly request various data points and change the way you see your events!

    Need to see event costs at a glance? Have geo maps for job activity, revenue, worker location? Quick summaries of job or event variables that are changing the larger picture. Ask us how this can help you!
  • View Availability from the “Quicklist” for all staff members. Whether you use event availability for improved tracking or individual availability for staff to set their schedule on their phones. See someone’s expanded availability over the course of months at the click of a button.
  • Allow your Leads to move staff between tasks in the SISO app. No need to open a laptop onsite. Give your onsite managers the tools they need!
  • Allow Task Leads to control multiple tasks. If section managers have to call out, quickly delegate other areas to existing onsite managers!
  • Codes Feature allows you granular control for a variety of uses. Allow Foreman and Labor managers to add or apply existing financial or internal codes to Jobs, Events, Tasks or even individuals! Get the data right at the beginning and have it flow into reports or other company programs without any duplicate data entry!

Make managing staff and data more precise and user-friendly: individual availability can now include daily time windows, while expanded Quicklists show past, current, and upcoming jobs at a glance. Profile photos are now visible on staff and app pages for better identification and use in reports or dashboards. Leave accruals let you apply custom logic for tracking sick, vacation, personal, and other leave types, and you can edit staff directly from the labor plan and time tracking screens for faster updates. A minimum lunch time feature helps reduce meal penalties, and extra field icons are now visible on the Labor Plan and in the SISO Lead view for clearer, richer information on each shift.

Our new release gives you more automation, clarity, and control over staffing and compliance: Automations let you create custom sort methods as a first step toward future auto-filled and auto-dispatched jobs, while contract positions can now be sorted by your own position lists so you only see what you need when setting rates. Staff rates now support daily rate options, and the expanded Quicklist provides a larger, richer view of past, current, and upcoming jobs, with a Clipboard feature to build custom, job-specific staff lists on the fly. The Companies feature lets you tag jobs to specific customers, color-code them on calendar dashboards, and control access by customer, and powerful custom Leave Logics enable detailed tracking of sick, vacation, personal, and other leave types to meet union, state, and federal requirements.

  • Automations, create custom sort methods in our first rollout of this feature.  Look forward to using these lists to autofill jobs and dispatch them in the future!
  • Sort contract positions by your position lists.  Only see the positions you need when setting rates.
  • Staff rates now have the daily rate option.
  • Expanded quicklist feature is now available.  Giving you a bigger view and more info of peoples past, current and upcoming jobs to let you schedule who you need.
  • Clipboard feature allows you to make a custom list of people from the expanded quicklist for the current job.
  • Companies feature lets you tag jobs under a certain customer and color the calendar dashboard as well as filter who has access to jobs for that customer.
  • Leave Logics, have need of tracking various leave types? Sick, vacation, personal, etc? No rules are to complicated with our custom Leave Logics to track and apply various requirements from unions, state and federal!

Multi-day dispatch with one-click scheduling and the ability to cancel or accept dispatches directly from the web interface (with configurable app notifications) streamline daily operations, while enabling AWS ECS technology improves load balancing and scalability as your usage grows.
